Customers who already have HPC Apps will only need to complete a simple update to unlock all of the latest features from Augmented Reality, to HITS, and Home Automation control.

  • HPC AR- Offers our customers the ability to select their desired design and see it in their space in real time. HPC AR enables customers to switch out design aspects from media to finishes helping clients to cater their design to their personal style. It is truly a game changer aiding customers in the design stages giving them a 360 visualization of their fire feature.
  • HITS- HPC Installation and Trouble Shooting technology identifies safety clearances and tools needed throughout the process while giving clear step by step instructions for installation, as well as offers solutions to any potential issues. Within this aspect of the application, our customers can register their appliance and house all pertinent warranty information for their fire feature protecting their investment. Offering ongoing service long after the sale, this application opens up a direct line of communication giving customers the ability to provide direct feedback to our customer support team enabling HPC to give more immediate assistance. HITS allows HPC to alert customers of any updates required as well as provide advisements and recommendations for maintaining their fire appliance aiding HPC in achieving our goal to provide excellent service.
  • HPC Home Automation/H Connect- This technology allows our clients to control Electronic Ignition HI/Lo models from flame ignition, to adjusting flame height as well as setting timed shut offs. In addition to controlling your appliance with a device, it’s now possible to sync your fire pit to home automation technology. This enhancement enables owners to operate fire designs with a simple phrase; such as, “Hey Google”, or “Alexa” turn on my fire. This advancement pairs reliable designs with modern conveniences.
