Each team member plays a role in the care of our customers from the point of purchase to continued care upon receiving their order. HPC provides continued support to ensure customer satisfaction. HPC’s focus on each individual and the Team as a whole enables us work seamlessly together providing quality service paired with designs that exceed our customer desires. Our teams’ mentality drives each individual to serve each other by jumping in whenever there is a need. We value each individual and what they bring to the table, this truly fosters innovation. HPC strives for Continuous Improvement. Our team is constantly seeking improvement in all aspects from our processes to our designs down to how we serve our customers. Never settling for status quo keeps our team striving for continued growth and the latest technological advances within the industry.
Welcome HPC’s Newest Team Member:
Kenneth Poland HPC’s Global Supply Chain Manager
Kenneth grew up in Clayton Oh, and graduated from Northmont High. He is a father of 2 children: a 16 year old son and 13 year old daughter. He has a servant’s heart as he loves supporting his church and community any way he can.
Kenneth started out his career by serving our country in the US Navy. There he gained critical life experiences. After completing 3 years of service in an apprenticeship program he was discharged honorably as a Captain Petty Officer.
Upon Kenneth’s return home he hit the ground running as a team member with Cables To Go. He started out in communications and quickly grew his role dedicating over 20 years to this company. He spent several years in purchasing before taking a promotion in Product Life Cycle Management.
Kenneth came to HPC looking for a change. He was excited to learn about HPC as the company brought together many of his passions. He views himself as a life long learner. While his role has evolved throughout his career, he is dedicated to being a leader and strives to continuously develop himself while nurturing those around him. Kenneth’s teamwork mentality, servant heart, experience, as well as his cross functional knowledge, and astute ability to identify trends has already added so much to HPC. We are excited to welcome Kenneth to the grow with HPC.
Employee Spotlight: James Ballard HPC’s Production Supervisor
James Ballard is HPC’s Production Supervisor. He plays a big part in ensuring our product is properly assembled and delivered on time to our customers. James has been with HPC for 6 years. He started out on the production floor and has developed his skills becoming a true leader.
Prior to joining HPC, James worked at Freight Handlers Incorporated (FHI), where he worked in shipping and receiving. In addition, he has a true passion for carpentry and has over 8 years of experience in construction work.
HPC is grateful to have James on board. His background experiences have been a true asset to the team. In his new role as Production Supervisor, James has pulled from his previous experiences allowing him to step up to any challenges.
James has a passion for continuously honing his skills and has taken advantage of training and development offered by HPC through Skill Path. You can catch James pitching in whenever he can and applying his problems solving skills to further streamline processes and better service our customers. James expressed that his favorite aspect of working with HPC is the company’s morals. Per James, “HPC is made up of team players everyone looks after one another. There is a true sense of community that makes me excited to come to work everyday.”
We are so grateful to have James on board. The dedication and hard work he displays day in and day out does not go unnoticed. His positive humble attitude is infectious making him a bright light at HPC.
HPC University:
Introducing HPC University. This educational tool is packed with information around all of HPC offerings. HPC has utilized it internally to educate employees and it is now being made available to dealers. HPC University will further enhance their knowledge increasing their ability to serve HPC customers.
