Introducing HPC’s Custom Configurator
HPC’s team always strives for constant improvement. The latest Tech addition is a true reflection of the HPC’s values. HPC’s Custom Design Configurator is set to launch in September 2024. HPC’s Custom Configurator will revolutionize the design process by allowing consumers to select and change custom fire pit dimensions. This powerful tool produces a 3D rendering as well as provides consumers with an estimate all in a matter of minutes. The Custom Configurator streamlines the customer experience by expediting the process and service delivery by providing precise, tailored solutions for every user.
Custom Burners for Commercial and Hospitality Projects
HPC’s custom burners and fire features are all CSA CERTIFIED, making them the ideal choice for commercial and hospitality projects such as: ballparks, casinos, hospitals, restaurants, and more. In addition to being CSA certified, every component and design undergoes quality testing at the point of assembly as well as testing the fully assembled appliance. Our commitment to quality and safety ensures that every installation meets the highest industry standards.
Commitment to Safety and Quality
HPC adheres to strict safety standards set by CSA and ANSI, ensuring each custom fire pit is thoroughly tested and optimized. Our configurations highlight various BTU outputs to match your specific needs while offering the greatest flexibility in the industry providing consumers with three certified technologies to operate their signature designs.
- Mach-Lit Units (MLFPK): Offered in 65,000 BTU. Made available in Propane and natural gas. The MLFPK is our simplest certified fire pit insert. It is easy to operate and requires the least amount of maintenance. To ignite your fire design one must utilize a long stem lighter near the perimeter of the burner while slowly opening the key to the valve. Leave the key in during use. To adjust the flame height turn the key counterclockwise to increase the flame and clockwise to lower the flame. To shut down the unit simply turn the key to the valve clockwise to the off position and remove the key.
- Push Button Flame Sense (FPPK): Offered in 250,000 BTU. The FPPK is our mid range fire pit insert utilizing safety pilot flame control. To operate the design simply push the ignition button and valve control knob to start it. To adjust flame height simply turn the knob. To shut down the unit simply turn the valve control knob clockwise into the off position.
- Electronic Ignition (EI): Made available in 400,000 BTU to over a million BTUs and beyond. Simply turn on the appliance with the use of a wall switch or remote control. Your design will ignite within 10 seconds or less. While enjoying the ambiance of your design the system is hard at work monitor flame status, internal temperatures, voltages and other safety parameters. To turn off the unit simply use the wall switch remote.
