HPC’s Journey To ISO Certification

The road to ISO certification was rigorous and rewarding; marked by meticulous planning, diligent preparation, and unwavering teamwork. Here’s a glimpse into our exhilarating journey beginning in July 2023 by establishing a Partnership with Eagle Registration, a renowned certification body.

  • Documentation Preparation: HPC’s team left no stone unturned in preparing comprehensive documentation to meet ISO standards. Every aspect was meticulously addressed; from crafting a robust Quality Manual and Policy to defining clear objectives and procedures.
  • Employee Training: Our team underwent extensive training to gain a deep understanding of ISO requirements as well as their role in upholding our commitment to quality.
  • Preparation Audit: In September 2023, we welcomed an initial audit from Eagle Registration. During this visit our team showcased our readiness and dedication to ISO standards. This visit solidified our partnership.
  • Production Floor Optimization: Next, we optimized our production floor to align with ISO principles; focusing on efficient layout planning, meticulous labeling, and implementing standardized work instructions.
  • Internal Audits and Management Review: In December 2023, we conducted thorough internal audits across all departments. Then in January 2024, our team took the December findings and conducted a comprehensive management review to assess our progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Registration Audit: The official registration audit conducted by Eagle Registration was the pinnacle of our journey and was completed in January 2024. This rigorous assessment validated our adherence to ISO standards and our commitment to quality and excellence.
