September’s Service & Happenings: Gearing Up For Fall
HPC is always striving to create innovative designs that enhance and elevate our consumers’ experience. Our Team is dedicated and works diligently to create continuous growth offering seamless service to our consumers. We couldn’t do it without our market partners and want to express our gratitude.
New Smaller EI Valve Box Officially Launched:
HPC saw a need and we aimed to fill it. Safety is always a primary focus and the new design has achieved CSA certification. The new valve box measures approximately 13”-19” wide by 7.75” tall.
The smaller design allows our technology to be paired with more shallow bowls, further diversifying customer options. Per Chuck Parson, “The driving force behind the new innovative design was to offer more options to our consumers. The sleeker design makes it possible to house our technology in tighter bowls and enclosures.” HPC’s new improved valve box boasts a smaller lighter design and features HPC’s proprietary outdoor solenoid valve which can withstand harsher elements. HPC’s engineers took extra care during the design stages making thoughtful changes to the design which enhances users’ experiences. The addition of the trim valve is great for fine tuning your flame height preferences at the point of installation. In addition, the engineers have made critical components more accessible simplifying any service or maintenance tasks. The transformer is now housed further away from the module offering great benefits to the costumer increasing overall longevity of the equipment. The Solenoid valve is a game changer further enhancing the consumer experience.
