Welcome To The HPC Team – Destiny Kiger, HPC’s Customer Service Manager
Join us in welcoming Destiny Kiger HPC’s Customer Service Manager and newest hire. Destiny resides in Miamisburg, with her boyfriend and two step children. She loves her family and in her spare time, you can find her hosting family cook outs and game nights. In the summertime, they enjoy boating and exploring the beauty of surrounding lakes.
Destiny has an Associates in Business from Sinclair and went on to graduate from Wright State with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining HPC, Destiny worked at a Tool and Die Manufacturer for over 10 years. There she started on the floor and worked her way up gaining valuable knowledge and experience. Her hard work and diligence advanced her skills quickly; leading her to a promotion serving in the Customer Service and Data Entry departments. Her skills evolved and her focus was centered around onboarding employees through training as well as assisting new hires in becoming versed in company culture.
Destiny is multitalented, displaying great drive and leadership skills. Her work ethic is displayed in her leadership style as she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty working along side her co-workers providing assistance wherever needed. Destiny was drawn to HPC as she was excited by the bountiful opportunities for growth as well as to add transformative value. Destiny is excited to grow with HPC and is ready to make her mark by mentoring and supporting her team, streamlining processes while passing along benefits to our consumers.
Congratulations Chuck Parsons: HPC’s New Training and Education Manager
Chuck Parsons has been with HPC for almost 13 years and has over 20 years. His experience makes him ideal for this new endeavor, as the Training and Education Manager. Chuck is a life long learner committed to growing personally as well as nurturing those around him. Per Chuck, “I truly love what I do. HPC is a wonderful place to work. I enjoy problem solving mechanical issues providing solutions to dealers and customers.” “I’m excited for this next phase with HPC , as this opportunity will allow me to share my knowledge and expertise in a new way.
Chuck will now lead internal office trainings as well as seminars with dealers to increase education around our product offerings. Chuck has truly poured into HPC’s University curating several trainings around Fire Pit Basics, Outdoor Market, Sales and Marketing, and Technical Support. In addition, HPC is willing to cater trainings around specific needs.

Introducing HPC University. This educational tool is packed with information around all of HPC’s offerings. HPC has utilized it internally to educate employees and it is now being made available to dealers. HPC University will further enhance their knowledge increasing their ability to serve HPC customers. New Smaller EI Box Launching in August
HPC saw a need and we aimed to fulfill it. HPC’s new smaller profiled EI Box will give customers all the functionality in a more compact sleek design allowing it to be fitted in to shallower bowls as well as other fire designs. Within the new design, HPC has elected to utilize a simpler 24 volt solenoid valve offering the benefit of being used with both natural gas and propane. The valve can withstand harsh elements and pairs nicely with HPC’s Universal Gas Orifice.
HPCs Summer of Pizza Giveaway
HPC’s Forno de Pizza Hybrid Oven utilizes a 3 part design: the monolithic oven, hearth and cart. The igloo shape that the Forno De Pizza employs is a proven method of cooking that has been around for nearly one thousand years.
