NEW Smaller EI Valve Box Launch:

At, HPC we are known for our innovative ideas, and our latest development will not disappoint! As always, we keep our consumers in mind, and they are truly our touchstone as we work to improve our technology and strive to enhance their experience. HPC is excited to announce the release of our highly requested, new and improved Valve Box!

HPC saw a need, and we filled it. Safety is always a primary focus, and the valve box has earned its CSA certification. The new, smaller design makes it possible to house our technology within tighter bowls and enclosures, offering our consumers the freedom to design their fire features however they wish. HPC’s new and improved valve box boasts a smaller, lighter design, and features our proprietary outdoor solenoid valve. The valve can withstand harsher elements, enhancing the longevity of our fire appliances.

HPC Employee Spotlight: Don Garber, Shipping Supervisor

We want to shine a light on Don Garber, HPC’s Shipping Supervisor. Don has been a valued employee for the past 7 years. He garnered warehouse familiarity and experience in his previous positions, while also acquiring a deeper understanding of supply chain and logistics. Don has a passion for criminal justice, and, while completing schooling, he worked in security as a dispatcher for an alarm system company. He enjoyed the work but is always seeking to expand his horizons.

Don initially started with the team as a temporary employee, manning the indoor/outdoor workstation. His hard work and dedication spoke for itself as he continued to prove himself a reliable employee. After a year, Don transitioned to the parts department, pulling parts from the warehouse for order fulfillment. After 2 years, he was promoted to the shipping and processing department, and, after 3 years, he was promoted to HPC’s Shipping Supervisor. He currently focuses on streamlining the shipping process, helping the team to fulfill and send out orders in a timely manner. Don has thoroughly enjoyed his new role: “HPC is truly a great place to work. My team is made up of hardworking individuals, and they make my job enjoyable. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this amazing team of people. Making improvements, creating focused plans to enhance efficiency and overall service to our consumers are just some of the aspects of my job. I take pride in what I do and seeing an action plan come to fruition energizes me!”

In his time off, Don loves spending time with his family and his friends, as well as giving back to the community. He is a proud father of 2 sons: ages 4 and 2. He loves the outdoors and enjoys taking his kids to playgrounds and amusement parks. Don is an avid sports fan, and he engages with his local community by mentoring and coaching youth sports. In his younger years, he played sports, as well; football and basketball were always his favorites. His passions continue now as he plays on local, recreational teams. In addition, he enjoys doing yard work. As a young man, he helped his father at his landscaping business, and he continues to serve others with the skills he has acquired by mowing their lawns.

HPC University:

Our team has been working hard to design HPC University, a service that offers education and educational materials for all of HPC’s products. We have utilized it internally to educate employees, and it is now being made available to our dealers, as well. HPC University will educate them as they press on towards the goal of providing the best customer service and technical support possible. We are excited to offer access starting on August 1, 2022. Check with your HPC representative to get your access codes!

Training and Education Center / Showroom Coming Soon:

By focusing on training and education, we want to give our dealers and their customers the greatest experience possible. In addition to HPC University, we have acquired a facility that will showcase our products as well as offer a dedicated space to host training and education programs.
