Product knowledge is key to providing excellent service to a customer, whether a homeowner, designer, or installer. When you and your team have an expert product and technical knowledge, you are able to offer customers options that they may not have thought possible. You can help them envision unique product installations and designs.

HPC is now offering fully customizable product training to the specific needs of you and your team. You can choose from mobile and virtual product training. Mobile training brings a full truck of HPC products – Forno de Pizza, aluminum bowls with SST Torpedo, and Sport Pit – to your location for hands-on learning. Or we can bring the show to you virtually, with the same quality demonstrations and knowledge.

Both on-site and virtual training is customized for sales or technical training, or a combination of both. We will work with you to build the training that best suits your needs.

Powder-coat Bowls and Sport Pit Delayed

HPC, like many others, continues to work through global supply chain issues brought on by the pandemic. Due to shipping and supply chain challenges, our Powder Coat Bowls and Sport Pit products are unfortunately delayed.

Our latest information indicates Sport Pit will tentatively launch October 18 and Powder Coat Bowls will debut at the end of 2021.

In the meantime, you can accept orders and take advantage of product training. Watch for further product updates in the newsletter and on the dealer portal. As we learn of impacts to our product supplies, we will notify you.
