HPC Making Moves to Enhance Our Customers Experience
Commitment to Customer Service
“Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. It happens by design (Clare Muscutt, CEO).” HPC Fire Inspired has always valued our business partners and customers. In response to changing times, HPC has focused on evolving to meet the ever-changing needs. Over the past year, HPC has made active strides towards increasing our visibility and accessibility to provide our consumers and market partners with outstanding service. HPC’s approach to customer service is an overarching mindset that recognizes how each department plays a critical role in the experience of our customers. HPC would like to highlight the on boarding of three critical team members that are elevating HPC’s service from Sales to Technical support as well as Management of our team. In addition to enhancing our team, HPC has developed trainings as well as tools to increase awareness around HPC products among our dealers and market partners that will enhance consumer experiences.
Inside Sales: Welcome Latisha Hunt
It is with great pleasure that HPC has added a critical member to our Inside Sales Team. Latisha Hunt will be servicing the West Coast Territory. Prior to joining HPC, Latisha had over 14 years of experience in inside sales and customer service. Latisha is excited to bring her expertise and talents to HPC. Sales and Customer service are her true passion, and she is highly motivated to enhance the experience of HPC patrons. We know her light will shine bright as she services all our customer needs.
Technical Support: Welcome Steve Warner
Steve Warner has been promoted to the Technical Support Team. He started with HPC on the floor building our signature Fire Appliances. His experience on the floor will serve our customers well, as he assists customers to trouble shoot any installation or operational issues. Prior to joining the HPC team Steve worked in the HVAC industry and developed valuable knowledge that elevates his ability to service our consumers. In addition to Tech Support, Steve will also work closely with Ben Wentzel in our Customization department. His knowledge and expertise will offer clients the guidance they need to design the fire feature of their dreams.
Plant Manager: Mike Ritze
It is with great pleasure that we welcomed Mike Ritze as HPC’s Plant Manager starting November 1. He is diving right in learning all about HPC. With over 20 years of experience, Mike is excited to make his mark on HPC. His strong lean background will promote efficiencies within our business that will pass on endless benefits to HPC consumers. His experience and dedication will continuously raise the bar for HPC standards helping HPC stand out within the Outdoor Fire Industry.
HPC University –Training Tool
HPC believes in the power of knowledge. In response, our Team developed HPC University, which is set to launch in 2022. Within HPC University there will be an Internal portal as well as an External portal with training and educational materials focused on HPC’s product lines. Within the Internal portal, there will be education for employees to deepen their understanding of all our fire appliances. HPC University empowers our employees to continuously refine their knowledge of all our product offerings resulting in HPC Certification. Within the External portal, HPC Dealers and Distributors will have access to training and education that will give them the knowledge to provide quality service to HPC patrons. Achieving HPC certification gives our dealers and installers the instruction, support, and service to sell and install HPC with complete confidence.
Dealer Portal
Introducing the latest addition to our Dealer Portal, scheduled ship dates. HPC Dealers can now log into the dealer portal to access the latest up to date shipping info on their orders. This added convenience saves time for our dealers giving them the most up to date information regarding current and past orders as well as ship dates and backorders.
