2020 has been a challenging year for everyone to say the least. We want to say THANK YOU for your dedication and commitment!

Many of you have felt the effects of the struggles the outdoor room market has faced: growing backlog = longer lead times, manpower struggles (due to COVID outbreak), and supply chain issues. HPC understands these pain points and in an effort to be proactive, we are excited to announce the following:

HPC Fire Inspired™ is expanding our operations into a larger building!!!

This new building will allow us to handle the growing backlog and demands of you, our customers, under one roof. By maximizing the new location’s operations layout, we will be able to streamline and be as efficient as possible. The goal is to be moved into the new building at the beginning of February so that we can be up and running before the start of peak season 2021!

As we get ready to close the books on a successful 2020, this is a reminder that we will be doing end of year inventory (no shipments will occur these days) on the following:

End of Year Inventory Shutdown – January 4th and 5th

Supply chain and inflationary costs have been an issue for everyone across the country, and HPC is no exception. This ranges from raw material costs, labor costs, and freight increases. The latter will be affected even more as the US continues to plan out vaccine distribution. In response to the ongoing cost increases, HPC will be implementing the following:

Price Increase – Effective January 4th

New price sheets will be available will be sent out the last week of December and will also be available on the Dealer Portal on January 4th. We encourage you to get your orders in before the end of December to take advantage of current pricing.
