HPC’s New Valve Box

Here at HPC, we are known for our innovative designs, and our latest development will not disappoint! As always, we keep our consumers in mind, and they are truly the touchstone as we advance our technology while striving to enhance their experience. HPC is excited to announce the release of our new and improved Valve Box!

What’s New:

We saw a need and, we filled it. Safety is always our primary focus, and the new valve box has earned its CSA certification. The new, smaller design allows our technology to be paired with more shallow bowls, further diversifying customers’ options. Per Chuck Parson, “the driving force behind the new innovative design was to offer more options to our consumers. The sleeker design makes it possible to house our technology in tighter bowls and enclosures.” HPC’s new and improved valve box boasts a smaller, lighter design, and it features HPC’s proprietary outdoor solenoid valves.

  • New Dimensions: The new valve box measures approximately 6 ½ inches – 7 ½ inches from the top of the box to the bottom. Don’t worry, it still has all the bells and whistles, but it offers a few new features!
  • New Valve: HPC has transitioned away from utilizing the Honeywell 24-volt valve and is now installing Solenoid valves on all fire units. The new Solenoid valves are rated for outdoor use and can withstand harsher elements. In addition, HPC’s design team engineered a new trim valve, which is great for fine-tuning your flame height preferences at the point of installation.
  • Easy Access: HPC’s engineers took extra care during the design stages, as the components are more easily accessible, simplifying any service or maintenance tasks. With the removal of a few screws, you have complete access to the control module. In addition, the transformer is housed away from the module, offering decreased heat exposure to the module, which in turn increases the longevity of the equipment.
