HPC Fire Inspired is Proud to Announce Our New Warranty Policy Reinforcing our Company’s Commitment to Safety and Quality

DAYTON, Ohio – HPC, the world’s leading manufacturer of CSA-certified fire and water features, recently announced it is implementing a Lifetime Warranty on its fire pit burners. This new warranty policy goes into effect May 1, 2019, and applies to the entire line of fire pit burners, including the popular and patented Penta Burner.

This new warranty policy, which covers both residential and commercial installations, is part of HPC’s emphasis on safety, innovation, and quality. “Our customers expect the best and the safest fire features from HPC,” commented HPC Chief Operating Officer Sean Steimle, “so it’s up to us to continue to set the standard.” This Lifetime Warranty policy is one way for us to back up our promise of safety and quality.” While this Lifetime Warranty covers the burner, which is the main component of any fire pit, it offers shorter ranges of coverage for other components, such as electronics and gas lines.
