Nathan and the HPC Fire team were incredibly helpful with our recent fire pit / gas connection challenges. Our 10+ year burner needed to be replaced. HPC did not supply our original but we chose their burner for replacement. Once installed by licensed plumber, we had a loud whistling noise which had not been present previously. Nathan took the time to explore the installation process, offer potential solutions including reviewing pictures and videos. He was available to consult with the plumber as they walked through previous install and how to resolve. His knowledge and flexibility to connect and support contributed to resolving out firepit challenges. Everything is working well thanks to HPC Fire and Nathan! Thank you.
