The Great Food Truck Race is in Chicago Illinois and the three remaining contestants are faced with the challenge to make deep dish pizza for the mayor, Raymond Emmanuel. Each contestant gets on Forno de Pizza to come up with their authentic deep dish pizza. Can they make Chicago deep dish pizza in a wood fired oven? Who will move on?
