HPC Fire Inspired once again supporting one of our dealers in Ohio, June 2023. The team came prepared. We brought our live travel display trailer with some of our fire features. We had a great hands on event with our customer and their staff. Starting the oven and getting it up to temperature took 30 minutes. Making a few pizzas in HPC’s Forno de Pizza continues to be a great experience. Place the wood on the burner, turn on the burner, the wood will ignite and together the two sources of heat join forces. Two sources of heat simultaneously heats up twice as fast. Predictability and controllability makes it easy and fun to use the oven. Pizzas are done in a couple minutes to a perfect golden brown, crispy on the edges and the bottom baked to perfection!

This Utensil rack makes it easy to use your aluminum peel and your oven brush. Located on the right side of your oven it keeps your tools from touching the ground, and makes it very convenient to grab your utensils when needed. Another feature of the rack is the incorporated bottle opener that is always ready to help the chef quench the thirst that the heat of the oven most likely will cause. This video will show you how easy it is to install your rack. Constructed of 11 gage 304 stainless steel.

This cover is constructed from a long-lasting outdoor material that will protect your Villa Series oven from rain, snow, wind, and your occasional animal looking for a place to reside. This cover is custom fitted to fit around the utensil rack and the contour of your oven.  It is firmly secured by snapping the cover to the hearth. Start by locating the front/back of the cover and start snapping on the center back of the hearth. Starting at the back towards the front of the oven, snap both sides first, then stretch your cover carefully and snap the remaining snaps on the front of the oven.

To remove the cover, start on the front and individually pry the snaps off.

IMPORTANT:

Do NOT unsnap cover by pulling on the fabric, you’ll rip the snaps off the material. Cover works great for keeping your oven clean and ready to be used next time.

Do NOT install cover when oven is still hot. Wait at least 12 hours before installing cover. If cover is installed when oven is still hot it will melt the cover.
